CALYPSO: Goddess of Silence. Which makes you wonder why Calypso music is so boisterous.
The daughter of Atlas, she was one of the nymphs and lived on the island of Ogygia in a state of extreme loneliness and boredom. She had a fling with the shipwrecked Odysseus, but it was a very quiet affair. When he was rescued by Hermes she apparently died of grief.

What a great choice of video! I suppose you knew that on this day 27 years ago Simon and Garfunkel had their concert in Central Park? All very significant to me now that I've meandered through that very park.
